Becky Lankheet
Director of Finance
Becky Lankheet is the Director of Finance at PEOPLEASE, where she is focused on developing insightful reporting and metrics that leads to actionable results. Since joining in June of 2023, she has driven $5M in proforma profit increase.
Prior to joining PEOPLEASE, Becky was the Sr Finance Manager at CBRE, a global real estate firm, overseeing the financial operations of their Brokerage line of business. During her time there, Becky oversaw 100+ cost centers, each with their own financials, leadership, goals and objectives.
Becky is a CPA with an Accounting degree from Purdue University. She also serves on her local school district’s financial advisory committee.
Rob Briner
Associate Research Director
Rob is Professor of Organizational Psychology at Queen Mary, University of London and Associate Research Director CRF. He is also currently a Visiting Professor of Evidence-Based HRM at Birkbeck (University of London) and Professor at Oslo Nye Høyskole. He was previously co-founder and Scientific Director of the Center for Evidence-Based Management and has held positions at the Institute for Employment Studies, London School of Economics, Kings’s College (University of London), Bath University and University of Edinburgh.
Kate Sweeney
Partner, UK Human Capital Consulting Lead
Kate is the Human Capital Consulting Lead in the UK. She partners with business leaders to build human capital – aligning leadership, people and culture to successfully deliver major business transformation and create lasting business impact and value. Kate has deep experience in operating model design, People and Talent strategy, Digital & Cloud transformation, and Mergers & Acquisitions. She works with clients across all sectors, but spends most of her time in the Technology, Media and Telecoms industry.
Sarah Hunter CBE
Former English Rugby Union player
Sarah not only holds the most number of England Caps’ ever, she is also recognised as one of the best players to have represented her country. Her international career started in 2007 through until March 2023 where Sarah retired in her hometown of Newcastle against Scotland during the opening weekend of the Women’s Six Nations Championship. Over Sarah’s 138 caps, she achieved a World Cup Win in 2014 and 10 Six Nations Titles also Captaining the Red Roses to the silver medal at the 2021 Rugby World Cup. Since retirement, Sarah joined the Red Roses coaching setup as Transition Coach and joined them for the WXV competition in New Zealand last year and will be working with the squad for the upcoming Six Nations Championship.
